Diane is featured in a new book, Masters of Success, published in fall of 2005, along with top authors Kenneth Blanchard (One Minute Manager), John Christensen (Fish! Tales), and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup For The Soul). Diane is also a contributing author for a book entitled, Managing Global Communication in Science and Technology edited by Peter J. Hager and Howard J. Scheiber.

Diane has been a guest lecturer at the graduate schools of the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Penn State Great Valley, and Temple University's Executive MBA Program. She also has served on the Editorial Board of Today's Team, an international publication for team members, facilitators and team coaches.

Diane was a top-ranked sales manager with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and has worked as a Training Manager at Astra Zeneca. Her prior experience as a manager has been invaluable in her work as a consultant in helping organizations achieve their goals for the past 20 years. As an experienced manager, Diane brings practical, first-hand knowledge of the principles of management and leadership to her management development workshops.

After receiving her BS degree from Cornell University, Diane graduated with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania with her MS in Organizational Dynamics. She is listed in the new Millennium issue of Who's Who in America.

President Diane Hanson leads a team of highly trained professional consultants, focusing on training, instructional design, organizational development and team building.

Training and instructional design is provided on a wide variety of topics from complex scientific product training to management and supervisory development programs. CRD also specializes in team development and assisting organizations in improving interdepartmental communications, managing conflict, strategic planning and dealing with organizational transitions.
