To Discuss Maximizing Team Performance on Feb. 9

Hanson, president of Creative Resource Development, Inc.
and resident of West Chester, PA and Dewey Beach, DE will
be the featured presenter on February 9 for the American
Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Greater Philadelphia
Chapter, Delaware Satellite.
A
recognized expert on teams, teamwork, and organizational
change, Hanson will discuss Maximizing Team Performance:
Creating an Environment for Success. While the concept
of work teams is gaining popularity, work teams can be
successful, or wallow in dysfunction. Hanson, during this
interactive session, will explore what management principles
will maximize team performance and increase productivity.
Hanson
will give her talk on February 9 at Wilmington Trust,
301 W. 11th St., Wilmington, DE. Networking and dinner
is from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, with resident and president
of Creative Resource Development, Inc. will be discussing
her career and the publication of her Hanson’s program
from 6:30 – 8 pm. Cost for attending the session
is $25 for ASTD members and $30 for non-members. Call

Hanson’s
book, The Masters of Success was published in November
2005 and includes chapters by 20 business experts. Hanson

Tales. Hanson will be autographing copies of the book
for sale at the event.
